When life's got you down, where do you go? To others for help? Well then, were do they go? I'll tell you where they go... People who seek help think they have the worst problems, but I believe that it is those who don't who suffer more. Everyone has stress and most have conflict, no matter how much people deny it. However, when people try to dismiss the issues they face, they usually end up shutting everything in. This is a terrible thing to do, as it causes more worry, ignorance, depression, and every other negative emotion you can think of.
